Year 5/6 Gymnastics Squad
Over recent weeks, our year 5/6 gymnastics squad have been training and learning a routine to be performed at this year GSSP virtual gymnastics festival. I am sure you will all agree they have done fantastically well in what has been such a short space of time. Updated guidance for parents and carers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak
We have updated our guidance for parents and carers to reflect the end of National Restrictions on 2 December and how these settings should operate under the local restriction tiers.
We have updated our guidance on what parents and carers need to know about early years providers, schools and colleges to clarify the position under the local restriction tiers for:
· clinically extremely vulnerable children · face coverings · music, dance and drama performances · educational visits and trips · extra-curricular activities |
We have updated our guidance for parents and carers of children attending out-of-school settings to clarify the position under the local restriction tiers for:
· children with health care concerns · parent and child groups · music, dance and drama performances |

Updated guidance for parents and carers
The DfE have updated their guidance for parents and carers on what they need to know about early years providers, schools and colleges during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This update provides information on the national restrictions that came into force on 5 November, the latest advice for clinically extremely vulnerable children and young people and advice on the use of face coverings in education setting.
Covid 19 Information
Please be advised, that Public Health England have reconfirmed that schools do not take action unless a child or member of staff has had a confirmed positive Covid-19 test. Be reassured, that if there is a positive case within school, we will take IMMEDIATE action following Public Health guidance.
